Product Warranties

All warranty claims where we have direct wholesale contracts will be sent directly to our supplier.

Our Supplier will follow and honor all manufacturers warranties.

If you deem your item to have a manufacturing fault, please follow the below steps:

  1. Call us on 0428 237 785 or email us at info@racquetworld.com.au

  2. Send the item to the following address:

    Racquet World Warranty Claims
    4/59 Willandra Drive 
    Epping Victoria 3076

  3. Your item will be accessed by the team within 10 days of being received at Racquet World.

  4. If your warranty is deemed claimable by the supplier, your replacement item will be sent back to you free of charge.

Note: For all parallel imported products (Head and Babolat), warranty claims will be assessed directly by Racquet World and if deemed claimable a new product will be shipped directly to the customer from Racquet World.
